How will I receive my video?
Each package comes with digital download delivery. You will receive a link and be able to download the video(s) directly to your computer.
What is a digital download?
A digital download is a link to download your video to your computer's hard drive.
Do you travel?
Certainly. Included in each package is mileage of 30 miles. Any mileage over and above this is charged accordingly and, in the case of considerable extra travel, an accommodation fee may also be applicable. Please contact me for further details.
I’m worried about the camera being too ‘in your face’.
This is certainly a valid concern. I wouldn’t like it either. To achieve our style I make sure that I am in the background as much as possible. Also, I wont be moving around during the ceremony. Many people have commented on how unobtrusive I am. Please take a look at our testimonial section for examples of this.
Furthermore, I will not set up shots unless you wish me to do so but, of course, feel free to give the camera a wave if you want to :)
I have something that I would like to see in the film but cannot see in your options.
No problem. Feel free to contact us and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take to receive my finished film?
Our maximum wait is currently 3 months. In reality you are quite likely to receive your finished film earlier than that!
Can I order copies after the wedding?
Of course. I will hold the final DVD files on a hard disc should you require any extra copies.
How do I book?
Simply visit the Wedding Packages section and look over the packages I offer. Then proceed to fill out a the form at the bottom of the Wedding packages page. I will respond promptly and send you a contract to look over. After you have looked over the contract, you can fill it out and send it to me with a $100 booking fee.
How should I send the contract and payments?
Contract - You can scan and email it to me at email@example.com or you can print it out and send it to me through the mail to the address listed on it.
Payments - You can pay through my online payments system here or send the payment through the mail to the address listed on the contract.
When do I pay?
I require a $100 payment to secure your booking. 50% of your remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date and the remainder is due within 10 days after the wedding date.

Do your packages include a video of just the ceremony?
In short no, but you can add a camera dedicated to just filming the ceremony by checking the "Extra Camera For Full Ceremony Footage" box in my add ons.
Footage from the ceremony that will be included in the highlight video is included in each package.
Why are 2 cameras at the wedding ceremony chosen instead of the 1 camera option?
Two cameras provide more footage and camera angles for a video that shows the ceremony from the audience’s perspective as well.

What kind of equipment do you use?
In short, I shoot and edit your video using high quality digital equipment to ensure a final product that looks and sounds as close to it did on the day.
For those of you who are interested, I use Canon C100 and a Sony A7R III to capture your big day. For post-production and editing I use Adobe Premiere and After Effects running on an Apple Macbook Pro.
Although advances in technology have allowed many more people to shoot adequate video, a lack of professional experience and creative flair often results in a poor quality end product. While I am happy to let you know exactly what equipment I use, I would prefer that you based your decision to commission a wedding video on the end product rather than being distracted by technical jargon.
